IGNITE DELTA FELLAS – ANNUAL FELLAS PROGRAM
If TOSP recognizes the 10 Most Outstanding Students annually, Ignite Delta Fellas (Annual Fellas Program) selects fresh graduates each year who best exemplify the restless minds, brilliant hearts, and authentic spirits needed for disruptive innovation.
Instead of recognizing them with an award, we offer each Ignite Delta Fella a 12-month Fella’ship equivalent to full-time employment with competitive salary and benefits.
The 12-month Fella’ship will immerse Delta Fellas in 3 innovation-intensive rotations: in Ignite itself, in deep exposure to the Ignite O/S and working with our team to R&D and deliver various Ignite innovation programs; in Ignite-funded Innoventures, working with our startup teams on market innovations; and in Ignite Delta Partners, working with corporate partners on internal innovations.
Ignite Delta Fella’ship comes with deep exposure to CEOs and leaders of major companies, to startup visionaries, founders and teams, along with engineering talent in software, AI/ML, Data Science, and other emergent technologies.
If we select our Delta Fellas right, each of them will prove their fit with Ignite through the 12-month Fella’ship. Thus, after completing their Fella’ship they will continue their Ignite role by mutual agreement in a full-time assignment wherever they best fit in the Ignite universe.
By selecting the best fresh graduates every year, Ignite Delta Fellas will build an army of innovators that will transform our country for generations to come.
